Cancellation Conditions

Dear guest,

In case no other agreement was made in written form and renting is not possible, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• When booking one overnight stay, room reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 pm on the day of arrival.
• When booking two to five overnight stays, room reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 pm on the day prior to arrival.
• Bookings that include bank holidays, exceed 6 overnight stays or are in the period between the 1st of June – 15th of September can be cancelled free of charge up to seven days prior the day of arrival.

The lodging agreement is concluded through booking/reservation of a room or holiday house in written or verbal form. The main content of the contract is in accordance with § 535 BGB. The contract is binding for both parties.

„According to the provisions of the German Hotel and Inn Association (DEHOGA), the following rules shall apply: In case of cancellation or no-show, the hotel has the right to charge up to 65% of the agreed price for the full duration of the contract to the guest.“
